 Hello in a long time!

I wrote this somewhat deep poem and it doesn't relate to me in any way but I saw this prompt 'Write about something you found at the beach'. So I thought it would be cool to write metaphorically to it.


The wet sand sticks my toes

then the cold waves washes them clean

I came here ten years ago,

When I was really me.

The moon seems as if it knows me

The stars shine a bit brighter

As to try to give some light back

Into my lifeless eyes before I close them a little tighter

I remember in my soul

How that little girl strut through

Today in the beach I found something 

I lost long ago

Myself.

  Here's the story I promised!   "E lle has fallen into deep coma. Her soul is lost within her own overgrown vines and mess. As a character in her head Lux is responsible to find the shattered bits of her soul and put them back where they belong. Home." I found a really cool  writing prompt  in  Pinterest  and I really wanted to try it. So here it goes! The prompt is, 'The Writer has fallen into a coma.
